About The Book
It's my journey from known to unknown, from non-essentials to essentials, from pleasant to good; from unreal through surreal, to real; from physical to spiritual. The real gems get shown once we are regular in being aware of God's creation around. It can be through karma but for a speedy journey; to avoid the cycles of birth and death, meditation brings us in such unknown frequency terrains when we close our eyes, focus on our breath and try to look within in nothingness. Choice is yours!
It's my experience when I started with a faith suggested by my father, believed, followed but when I faced the death of my loved ones, I fell into a non-believer category. With Grace of Divine, I gathered my faith and patience and glided on the journey of self-realization through meditation. It is like having an 'Elytra' from the Minecraft world of games to explore different realms, right here.
Only ones who are not envious of our Creator, who are at least with an open mind and strive to seek truth, can find the clues to fürther one's self-realization. One needs to prepare well to know the truth. Meditation is that preparation.
Foreword
Frequency of Meditation is an attempt by the author to pen down her experiences with meditation. Her book sends out a call to all seekers to awaken from their slumber and open the door to spiritual awakening. Until we enter the frequency of meditation we cannot comprehend our own true frequency. Once we enter the frequency of meditation and know our true frequency, only then can we ascend to a higher existence.
Ritu ji's experiences, especially during my channelling course, really cemented her place in my mind as a serious seeker. Readers will be delighted to read her channelling experiences with Babaji, Maa Saraswati and other divine entities given towards the end of the book.
