Bovine Myology: A Colour Atlas has been written to impart fundamental knowledge of Veterinary Myology in bovines. This book provides the topographic locations of various structures that are commonly utilized in surgical procedures. The topographic locations of different landmarks, such as the paralumbar fossa, jugular furrow, and area of auscultation and palpation, will be extremely beneficial for surgeons, physicians, pathologists, and other clinical experts. As veterinary anatomy is a practical subject, theoretical knowledge of dissection must be well supported with practical dissection classes. To this end, efforts have been made to publish a comprehensive illustrated dissection guide to facilitate the understanding of the intricate lacing of various muscles in their natural positions. The book contains the muscles of different regions of the body, along with their origin, insertion, blood and nerve supply. Most of the figures were captured during the dissection process. Additionally, the book discusses the procedures for dissection of different regions of the body in a sequential manner.
