ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Otto H. Koenigsberger (1908–1999) was a world-renowned German-born architect, urban planner, and pioneer of tropical architecture. After serving as the Chief Architect and Planner for Mysore State in India and contributing to the planning of modern Indian cities like Bhubaneswar and Jamshedpur, he established the Department of Tropical Studies at the Architectural Association (AA) in London.
