The major prioritized technical problem of farmer is lack of proper infrastructure (implements, irrigation facilities, power and electricity). Lack of sufficient finance is the top priority element when it comes to the labor and economic issues faced by the farmers during pandemic. A low price of produce is also a problem relating to the farmer’s marketing issues. The lack of proper decision-making ability is also an important organizational problem faced by the farmers during COVID-19 pandemic. All the mentioned constraints are ranked and listed. Considering these constraints on priority basis, strategies have been suggested which may be adopted by the policy makers for both short term and long term to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic situation on the agriculture and allied. In case of short-term strategies farmers suggested about the online video conferencing system agricultural advisory services during pandemic. In case of long-term strategies, the farmers suggested for cultivation in fallow lands and increase their off farm income during pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic casts a long shadow over global agriculture, exposing vulnerabilities in food supply chains, disrupting labor forces, and threatening rural livelihoods. Pandemic and Plough: Resilience and Recovery in Agriculture explores how farming communities confronted these challenges and adapted in innovative ways. From localized food systems and digital marketplaces to regenerative farming and policy reforms, the book highlights how resilience took root in adversity.
