Yoga: Philosophy to Realization

"At the core of yoga is a philosophy, which converts to psychology to provide an understanding and management of the individual's responses to the interaction of the senses, the states of mind, situations and conditions. Once this cleaning of the mind has taken place, one enters the third level of yoga, which is applied yoga. Once yoga is applied in one's life, and becomes part of one's culture, then one begins to live according to the laws of nature. That is the principle of yoga ecology. This is the journey of yoga."
